The Price is Right

Thank you for your interest in our extended stay temporary accommodations. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our comfortable atmosphere. We currently offer three uniquely designed and carefully converted artist studio apartments for nightly, weekly and monthly lodging. We encourage you to stay with us for as long as possible. The Southern Oregon region is rich with history, natural wonders, live entertainment, fresh food, darn good wine and some of the friendliest people you may ever meet.

Please note that our price per night is variable depending on the length of your stay. We offer our best rate on month to month lodging arraignments with a minimum thirty day contract. Shorter stays are subject to Medford's Municipal Bed Tax, which will be applied to your final billing.

The following price structure is based on single occupancy rate. A $10 per person, per nights stay, may be applied to the final billing for each additional guest.

 

Suite P

Over night stay $70 plus tax
Weekly rate $42.85 per night x 7 nights = $300 per week plus tax
Monthly rate $35.66 per night x 30 nights = $1100 per month
  (No tax required with thirty day written agreement)

Suite N

Over night stay $77.50 plus tax
Weekly rate $50 per night x 7 nights = $350 per week plus tax
Monthly rate $41.66 per night x 30 nights = $1250 per month
  (No tax required with thirty day written agreement)

Suite T

Over night stay $85 plus tax
Weekly rate $57.14 per night x 7 nights = $400 per week plus tax
Monthly rate $46.66 per night x 30 nights = $1400 per month
  (No tax required with thirty day written agreement)

Suite R

Over night stay $80 plus tax
Weekly rate $54.29 per night x 7 nights = $380 per week plus tax
Monthly rate $45.83 per night x 30 nights = $1375 per month

Our surprisingly competitive rates are constantly monitored to ensure that we are offering our services and accommodations at remarkable savings compared to other, local, over night/extended stay locations. We have provided the following list of the "Negotiated Hotel Rates" for comparison purposes. The negotiated rates were only available if lodging was guaranteed for thirty days or more.
